What is the All Prints Parental Funded eShop?
The All Prints Parental Funded eShop is an online platform where parents and students can purchase school-recommended iPads and accessories. All devices offered meet the school’s technical and compatibility requirements and are intended to support students' learning needs.
Who can purchase through this eShop?
The eShop is available to currently enrolled students and their families. Verification of enrollment may be required at checkout.
Which iPad models are available?
The eShop offers a selection of iPads that align with school recommendations and meet all technical and compatibility requirements. The available models are chosen to support educational needs effectively and ensure seamless integration with the school’s digital learning environment.
Do the iPads come with a warranty?
Yes. All devices include the standard Apple warranty, with an option to purchase AppleCare+ for extended coverage and accidental damage protection.
Are accessories included?
Each iPad comes with a standard charger and cable. Additional accessories such as protective cases, styluses, and Bluetooth keyboards are available for purchase on the eShop.
Is a stylus required?
This depends on the school or curriculum. While not mandatory for all students, certain programs or grade levels may recommend or require the use of a stylus for note-taking, drawing, or interactive learning. Please consult your school for specific requirements.
How do I access the All Prints eShop?
To access the All Prints Parental Funded eShop, visit the unique link provided by your school. You will need to log in using the credentials supplied by your school. If you have not yet received the login details or have any issues accessing the site, please contact your school's administration or IT department for assistance. They will provide the necessary information to help you get started.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. The eShop offers installment and financing options during checkout, subject to eligibility and approval.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on stock availability and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. We will notify you if there are any delays or issues with your order.
Where can my order be delivered?
Delivery is possible to either the school address or your home address, depending on the agreement with the school. Please check with your school to confirm which delivery option applies to your order.
Will the iPad be pre-configured for school use?
Yes. Devices purchased through the All Prints eShop are automatically enrolled in the school’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) system to ensure access to the necessary apps and security policies.
What if I already have an iPad?
You may use an existing iPad if it meets the school’s technical requirements. Please confirm with your school’s IT team to ensure compatibility and MDM compliance.
Who do I contact for technical support?
For school-specific configurations or apps: Reach out to the school’s IT Helpdesk.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only possible if the device has not yet been delivered to the school or is still unopened in its original packaging. If these conditions are met, please contact customer support to initiate a refund. Once the device has been delivered or opened, refunds will not be processed.
Are there restocking fees?
No. There are no restocking fees for returned items.
How do I request a return or refund?
To begin a return, please email eshop@allprints.ae with your order number and reason for return. The email should also be sent to your school’s IT department for approval. Instructions will be provided after review.
Can I return a used or damaged item?
Returns are only accepted for items in new condition, unless the issue is covered under warranty or AppleCare+. If your product arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
