- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is our country of domicile, and the governing law for all transactions and disputes is the local UAE law.
- Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising from or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
- Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
- The displayed price and currency at checkout will be the same as printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in the cardholder's currency.
- We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- Customers under the age of 18 shall not register as users or transact on the website.

3. Delivery Policy
- Delivery is to UAE only; we do not ship internationally.
- All orders placed through eShop.AllPrints.ae are delivered through All Prints Logistics team.
- Delivery is free to schools.
- For home delivery, a flat fee of AED 30 applies.
- Delivery time within the UAE: 1 to 6 weeks based on items and stock availability.
- Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
- Proof of delivery (signed receipt) will be required from the customer.
- In cases of multiple shipments, customers may see multiple transactions on their bank statement.
4. Payment Confirmation
- All transactions are securely processed via a third-party payment gateway, ensuring a smooth and secure checkout experience.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
7. Return Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if:
- The delivery packaging has not been opened, OR
- The products are damaged, OR
- Wrong product was delivered
- Requirements:
- Notify us immediately
- Return the box in its original packaging
- Product must not be tampered with and remain sealed
- In such cases, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Please return products using a registered courier service.
- Note:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if products have been used
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
