Sales and Distribution
At All Prints, our strength is our solid relationships with the teachers, influencers and decision makers at schools, universities and academic institutions in the region. We understand what our clients need and accordingly, help them create a successful learning environment by offering the best available tools. We understand the challenges that the school or university is facing and then offer reasonable solutions that the institution can afford and implement. We have a strong sales team who are at schools on a daily basis and have a personal relationship with our clients. The sales team also takes the role of key account management where they spot new gaps and opportunities in the market.
Each school is managed by a single sales manager and each school is managed by a single customer service personnel. Our sales managers perform weekly to biweekly visits to schools for follow up based on a pre-set schedule. Our customer service team has direct contact with all publishers to provide samples and catalogs.
All Prints boasts a large and efficient distribution network that provides our many customers and partners with an efficient, worldwide distribution service. The distribution channels extend to most ministries of education and ministries of higher education, in addition to schools, colleges, and universities in Lebanon and countries in the Arabian Gulf and across the Arab World. Efficient distribution and prompt delivery service have earned All Prints an excellent and well-earned reputation for reliability. We have our own shipping agents and offices in various regions of the Arab world, and each office handles their own regular shipping orders.
